DSLS6000 Dual Sensor Limit Switch

The DSLS6000 is equipped with a dual-sensor system, comprising a low-ratio and a high-ratio Hall sensor. The low-ratio Hall sensor precisely measures yaw position by recording the number of rotations, while the high-ratio Hall sensor redundantly measures yaw position and calibrates the rotation count of the low-ratio sensor, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
The product outputs 2 channels of 4~20 mA analog signals and 2 sets of cam limit switch signals. Analog signals are fed into the user controller for motion position calculation, while the limit switch signals are directed to safety relays. The dual-channel safety inputs ensure the safety of extreme positions.
Built upon a mature structural design and featuring modular algorithms, the DSLS6000 offers high reliability and ease of use for customers.

High Precision

Achieves yaw position accuracy within 0.5°, meeting the demands of high-precision yaw control. Rapid yaw speed response ensures real-time reflection of yaw status.

High Reliability

Independent measurement of yaw position by two sensors prevents common-cause timing issues, ensuring high reliability.

Cost-Effective

Economically superior to traditional encoder-type yaw position sensors. Compatible with general analog input channels, eliminating the need for dedicated input modules.

Redundant Design

Dual-sensor redundancy design utilizes twin Hall sensors. In the event of one sensor failure, the product remains operational. Dual-channel safety limits feature two limit switches for added safety.

Simple Wiring Process

Limit switch and sensor signal lines come pre-connected, simplifying the wiring process. Users only need to connect according to the provided sequence.

High Compatibility in Installation

Compatible with both 4-hole and 2-hole conventional installation methods, offering versatility in installation compatibility.
