WPPM

WPPM is a wind farm power management system which utilizes the AWC 500 control platform as its control center, providing accurate, rapid, and stable automatic intelligent adjustments to both active and reactive power in the wind farm. It meets the requirements of IEC 61400-25-2 and various regional grid connection standards. WPPM supports closed-loop adjustments based on the power at the grid connection point, reducing the impact of line losses. Additionally, it can cooperate with frequency control systems to achieve rapid frequency response for wind power plants participating in the grid.
The application of cluster control empowers the entire wind farm to flexibly respond to grid scheduling and optimize the generation capacity of connected units, ensuring efficient and balanced power integration.
